Conditions for Successful Adaptation of the First Year Students to High School Training

The article is devoted to the study of the adaptation of first-year students to educational activity. Shows the essential characteristics of the initiative of the student: the structural components of this integrative quality of their relationship and the criteria and levels of formation, making possible the search for optimal ways of professional education, reveal the potential of the individual student. With a subjective approach to assess psycho-physiological conditions was used, focused on the analysis of subjective experiences. The study used the scale of reactive anxiety Spielberg H, where points are assigned to judgments in the reverse order in descending order. The survey was carried out in the second year according to the results of adaptation on the ground. The results of the study have practical value and can be used in the field of vocational education supervisors and teachers for the successful organization of work on adaptation of students. The University administration may take into account the specificity of the adaptive process in relation to the first-year students in the planning and educational processes and to organize monitoring of the quality of education. Teachers, researchers, based on the results of this work can broaden and deepen the experiment, studying this problem in other courses or areas of training. Thanks to the timely help of a curator of adaptation depends on the personal development of students as future specialists
