Social-Psychological Determinants of Motivation of Achievement in Educational Activity

In this article was a produced results of empirical research social-psychological a determinant of motivation of achievement in educational activity are submitted. Interrelations between motivation of achievement and parameters of social - psychological properties of the person with a high / low level of motivation of achievement are revealed. It is shown, that as social - psychological a determinant of motivation of achievement of success in educational activity ability to self-control, intellectual activity, skill to be mobilized act high enough level development standards of behaviour, a business orientation; the dissatisfaction with the results strengthens motivation of achievement.
