Social and Psychological Quality of Innovation Potential of the Person Manager

This article deals with the strategic goal of developing theoretical and methodological problems of a socio-psychological model of a modern leader, applicable for the selection of competent managers and to prepare them as subjects of professional management. A model of the innovation potential of the individual manager in the context of social and psychological processes in the labor group is considered in this article.

Individual Preconditions of Development of Innovative Potential of the Personality

The article is devoted to consideration of the psychological qualities of innovative potential of personality. Is approved, the prerequisites and the makings of innovative potential is given by nature and are expressed in certain psychological characteristics of the individual. Implemented innovative potential of a person is determined by the level of «natural» psychic phenomena. Actually, it is dynamic, changing as formed socially determined the structure of personality in the context of the people’s understanding of themselves and the world, about yourself in this world.
