The paper shows the necessity of training teachers for teaching
life safety to people with disabilities. The authors offer the basic
educational program for bachelors for the profile «Life safety of
people with disabilities» that allows introducing a new model of
studying the basic knowledge and skills of professional training
of teachers into the theoretical and practical work in the sphere
of higher education. This model allows them working with people
