It was pointed in this research that implementation of certain cognitive strategy in the situation of economic interaction is associated with subject’s occupational efficiency. Jointly with cognitive approach, main point usage of institutional theory of transaction expenses allowed to assume that the expenses decrease is connected with cognitive cavitations’ strategy. The research results do not contradict assumption. The developed estimation proce dure of subject economic interaction may be used for system creation for elevation of sale efficiency professional staff acquisition.

Professional Success of a Teacher: A Theoretical Analysis of the Concept and Development Opportunities in the System of Additional Professional Pedagogical Education

The article is devoted to the consideration of the problem of professional success of the teacher. The urgency of the problem is determined by the specifics and trends in the development of the socio-professional space, which requires from the teacher to be ready to actualize personal and professional advantages in the conditions of the modern socio-cultural environment and in accordance with the requirements imposed on the teacher’s professional functionality.

Professional Competences in the Structure of Professionalism of Teachers of the Higher School

The examination of professional competences as characteristics of the activity level of professionalism has allowed allocating three groups competences of teachers of the higher school - individuallypersonal, objectively-activity and socially-communicative. Data of competences have investigated in interrelation with individually-personal properties of teachers depending from the level of their professional success.

Bandura the system of conditions, significant for professional success of the subject of scientific and pedagogical activity comes to light, representations of «successful» and «unsuccessful» teachers of the higher school about the factors necessary for achievement of professionalism are analyzed, their conditionality by activity of subsystems of mentality according to functional model of psyche of the person developed by R.H. Tugushev is considered.
