Analysis of approaches to assessing the quality of the results of student training in the system of vocational education abroad

In this article an attempt to systematize the existing approaches to the assessment of quality of training students of technical universities in various countries is made; features of the assessment result of students' learning common for the whole system of higher education in Europe and the United States are identified; differences in the quality assessment result of training technical university students in foreign countries are also discussed.

Organizational and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the educational process for visually impaired students in a complex sanitary and epidemiological situation

The article reveals the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the educational process for students with visual disabilities at a time when they are particularly vulnerable to the current circumstances of the global COVID-19 pandemic. The necessity of using e-learning, adapted distance learning technologies, and external electronic resources in the educational process of the University, taking into account nosologies in a complex sanitary and epidemiological situation is substantiated.

General Cultural Component of the Higher Professional Education (Competence Method)

The article deals with methodological basing of the notional content of personality´s general cultural competence in the author`s interpretation. The author reveals the notional content according to the following: personal knowledge, productive types of activity, potential possibilities, orientations in valuables and implications, operational-actional component.
