Ethical and Sense Bearing Codes of Organizational Culture

The article presents the results of the study of ethical and sense bearing codes of organizational culture in the framework of the order approach. The content of the concepts of ethical and sense bearing subsystem of culture, cultural program and ethical and sense bearing code of culture is revealed. There are a total of 46 participants in this study from two regional enterprises of Russian state corporations. The main research methods were two order diagnostics of organizational culture (the expression of suborders of organizational culture and the degree of suborder formation). The result of the study showed the similarity of the identified ethical-sensing code of the organizational culture of both enterprises (“Army” – “Family” – “Church”), which corresponds to the task of “survival” as passing through a period of heightened difficulties. There are six types of ethical-sensing codes associated with the solution of certain tasks (a breakthrough in the conditions of a shortage of a temporary resource – code “A–C–F”; a breakthrough in the absence of a time limit – code “C–A–F”; the formation of “corporate religion” – the code “C–F–A”; the beginning of activity or the restart – the code “ F–A–C”; stabilization – the code “F–C–A”; “survival” – the code “A–F–C”.
