System-synergy Philosophy as the Methodological Basis of Pedagogy

The article describes the system synergetics laws (the law of systems, the law of harmony, the law of systemogenesis, the law of motion, the law of development and self-development, the law of congruity, the law of synergetics), which in its unity determine synergistic selforganization of all different nature systems, including the pedagogical systems, and along with the settled laws of materialist dialectics (struggle of opposites, negation of negation, transition from quantity to quality), constitute the methodological basis of modern pedagogy. The existence and development of pedagogical systems is ensured not only by contradictions but also synergistic (agreed) interaction of elements of the whole.
