Verbal expression of cognitive and emotionally valuable character of information in the social psychology juridical expert practice is proposed to consider as it correlates. The indications which can help to correlate information verbal constructions with the concept of opinion and estimation verbal constructions with the concept of information are distinguished at the same time.
