Socio-psychological Effects of Applying Order Technology Organizational Culture Changing

The article discusses data received in the course of order projects implementation. Three socio-psychological effects arise during formation of each organizational culture suborder («family», «army», «church»). The effects include: trust (for «family» suborder), confidence (for «army» suborder), faith (for «church» suborder). It is stated that above-mentioned socio-psychological effects also serve as criteria for organizational culturesuborder formation assessment. The task is set tocreate instruments for level measurement of achieved socio-psychological effects.

The Philosophy of “a New Christianity” by F. M. Dostoevsky

The article is devoted to the philosophical views and world outlook of F. M. Dostoevsky. The author analyzes the validity of accusation of Dostoevsky in “a new Christianity”. Based on the comparison of the writer’s own thoughts and polemical statements about his work by such philosophers as V. S. Solovyov, V. V. Rozanov, D. S. Merezhkovsky, and M. I. Tugan-Baranovsky, the author provides the description of Dostoevsky’s “new Christianity”.

The Existence of Freedom by N. A. Berdyaev and L. I. Shestov: Comparative Analysis

The article deals with the problem of the religious nature of the existential philosophy of N. A. Berdyaev and L. I. Shestov. A comparative analysis of their concepts in relation to the Christian interpretation of freedom has been carried out. It is shown that the concept of freedom can be expressed not only by its own semantic meaning (semantics), but also be reflected in the intuitive experience of existential cognition. Thus, the substantial freedom in the personal perception of N. Berdyaev and L. Shestov is opposed to the essence of the material-rationalistic understanding.

The Image of the Grand Inquisitor in Religious Philosophy of K. Barth

The article is about problem of man’s being in the situation of spiritual and moral values crisis. This crisis leads to appearance of the fenomenon of Grand Inquisitor. The image of Grand Inquisitor had been created by F.M. Dostoevsky and in theology of K. Barth it became the symbol of situation of world, in which God’s death was proclaimed. Therefore Barth claimed that humanity had to do everything to avoid spiritual and cultural catastrophe, to which Grand Inquisitor could lead humanity.
