The significance of self-assessment of appropriateness of professional self-determination as a condition of sustainability to frequent stresses and prevention of professional burnout, including emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of personnel. The Mathematical Verification of Emotional Orientation Method’s Construct Validity

The results of mathematical verification of B. Dodonov’s test of emotional orientation research are presented in this article. In particular, the verification results of questionnaire discrimination points and verifications of scales on co-ordination (Chronbach’s alpha) and normal distribution are also presented. The dataset standardization is held, scales are built (in st. tens).

Justice Measurement in Organization: Psychometric Characteristics of the Procedural Justice Scale of the Organizational Justice Scale Developed by J. Colquitt

The author analyzes the concept of organizational justice and describes different approaches to the justice measurement. The author analyzes the impact of the procedural justice as a factor which results in high work motivation and productivity, constructive attitudes to work and prevention of job insecurity perception. The psychological content of justice in the organization as a unidimensional and multidimensional construct is discussed. The empirical study presents the results of validation of the subscale of “Procedural justice” (The Organizational Justice Scale, J. A. Colquitt).

The Oldenburg Burnout Inventory: Diagnostics of State of Mind’s Change of the Employ on a Continuum: Work Engagement – Professional Burnout

The article briefly review the literature on burnout and work engagement (as opposite phenomeno)n. The advances and psychometric limitations of bipolar approach and independent approach to burnout and work engagement are analyzed. The purpose of this paper is to develop evidence for the validity and reliability of an Russian-language translation of the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (Demerouti E. et. al., 1998, 2005, 2007, 2010, version in Russian language A. Smirnova, 2015). The short version of the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory developed for Russian-speaking sample of A. Smirnova is given.
