Introduction. The article is devoted to philosophical reflection on the role of technique and technology in the existence of a modern man. The authors hypothesize that the technosphere is subject to mythologization to the same extent as other essentially significant human spheres. In this regard, the need to study the process of mythologization of technology is actualized. Theoretical analysis.

The social integration of complex technologies is constantly accompanied by the mythologization of innovations and the creation of special discourses that function on the basis of secondary semiotic systems. Traditionally, the trend is associated with philistine (user) discursive practices. The hypothesis of the study is that mythologization is a complex process that takes place not only within the boundaries of non-professional communities, but also in the scientific world. The article considers the processes of mythologization in the game space. The author, noting that current mythological processes in fact occur simultaneously with mythmaking, compares the specifics of mythological activities in public life and in the digital space. The systematic approach is used to study the contemporary myth. The analysis of such closely related components of modern social mythology as ritual and game is carried out. The game is considered as one of the mythocontent phenomena of the ritual.

Today the investigation of social personal image has a big practical and theoretical importance, caused by the transformations in our social life. The problems of tools and peculiarities of imagology in the field of pedagogy are not investigated sufficiently and are actual today. It requires the systematization of different approaches in this field.
