The article shows the attempt to define the place of Bioethics as a new scientific knowledge. The image of essence of Bioethics as concept and social phenomenon from the point of view of factors of its genesis is being covered. The special place in this system is taken by the complex of reasons connected with contemporary scientific strategies, in particular with the Forth Global Scientific Revolution, which creates the new postneoclassic science.

The attempt to analyse the philosophical aspect of music is undertaken in the article. The author considers the reflection of philosophical, religious and secular ideas in the creative work of the Russian composers of the end of XIX, beginning of XX century as a result of the influence of ideological directives and ideological contradictions of the boundary epoch.

The article observes the problem of intoduction the phenomenon of spiritual religions experience in the field of the philosophical discourse. In this article the tendencies and conformities of language development as a complete informative system, taking into consideration the definite regime of it existence as a totality of the elemental informftion composits of a language ( words, notes) are analyzed. Comparing information structures, such as information process, informarmation acyivity and information technology and their correlation through thecommunications we can deduce the definire regimes of their existence.

A new ontology which postulates existence of a universal phenomenon - virtosphere - is offered. Virtosphere is the global virtual manifold which includes the whole set of virtual phenomena both of natural and artificial origin. The structure of the virtosphere as well as the properties of the virtual space-time continuum are investigated.

The article deals so internal challenges to Russia, as a demographic problem, the deformation of national identity and leakage of human capital. They considered as interrelated phenomena, which are manifestations of certain global processes that have an objective basis. Using information theory of dynamical systems to build a system of interrelated categories describing these processes, and based on homeostatic modeling examines the specifics of their manifestation in the city and the countryside. We propose recommendations for decision-making in the management of these processes. 

The city provides a human capital reproduction, but the village does the population reproduction. We have applied a system-cybernetic approach to analyze the city-village interaction by means of the homeostatic type model. We present the proposals to optimize the system balance confirming with the reforms in Russian society as a whole.

The question of moral and politics correlation has a deep background. All philosophers, who studied political process, made different conclusions. The correlation of moral and politics is very important problem in the world of modern social changes.
