The primary goal of this article is analysing Nietzsche`s critics of rational humanism. Nietzsche believes that rational humanism is the deadlocking way of Western world. Its negative influence interferes with realisation of strong-willed potentialities of the person, enthrals him. The natural results of such situation are totalitarian ideologies and modes.

History appears as the so-state of openness of social life and as state of new formations in him. In the innovative states became topical and the form of global relations of all humanity shows up newly, transforming all accumulated them spiritual potential in a new structure and information. Article the deposit of representatives of domestic historical Idea is analyzed in the comprehension of universal connection of humanity in the states of openness and event of History.

The value of one civilization disagrees with the value of other civilizations. At the end of article he draws a conclusion. The problem
of civilization’s conflicts has to be studied together with modern global problems and problems of modernizations.

Kant has divided spheres of knowledge, values and the estimations carried by it accordingly to gnoseology, ethics and an aesthetics.Thus, it is necessary to note, that I. Kant has not created the estimate-valuable theory and at all has not realized up to the end an essence of the problem put by it. Subtleties of the estimate-valuable theory its followers V. Windelband and H. Rickert have started to understand and comprehend all. However until now the problem of estimate is absorbed by a valuable problematic.

This article is dedicated to the research of the literary salons 19 century on the example of A.P. Elagina, Z.A. Volkonskaja and V.F. Odoevskij salons. We analyzed positive and negative traits of these salons, the problems, the places and the significances of the literary salons in Russian culture. It is proved scientifically: they have rendered great services to the forming of the national philosophical ideas and to their dissemination.
