Ways of coping with lockdown during COVID-19 pandemic: Positive approach to the analysis

This research is a response to topical objectives of studying adjustment abilities of human psyche in the situations of global uncertainty and potential threat to human life. The research is aimed at the insight into the ways of coping with lockdown during COVID-19 pandemic. The goal was achieved within the positive approach employed to find psychological resources that encourage successful and subjectively satisfactory solution to a difficult life situation. The research is based on the author’s psychological questionnaire with the use of quantitative scale of subjective assessment.

The article presents the results of scientific reflection, the object of which is Homo Digitalis as a representative of the modern digital society. The aim of the article is to study the emerging configuration of the individuality of Homo Digitalis as a response to the demand of the digital world.

Theoretical study of the definitions of the concepts “psychomotor skills” and “psychomotor abilities”

In the article the author presents a description of the historical and theoretical analysis of the changing views of scientists – from classics to contemporaries-on the content of the conceptual and terminological apparatus for studying psychomotor phenomena. The purpose of the work is to study and analyze scientific approaches to the definition of the concepts of “psychomotor” and “psychomotor abilities”, as well as to identify the constituent and system-forming components of the phenomena behind them.

Severity of self-regulation processes in teachers with different types of professional self-attitude

The article, based on the presented empirical material, reveals the problem of professional self-attitude and its types among teachers with different levels of expression of conscious self-regulation. The study covered 157 teachers of comprehensive schools of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra. The age of the examined is from 31 to 45 years. We used the technique “Attitude to yourself as a professional” and the questionnaire “Style of self-regulation of behavior”.

Structure of group subjectivity of the family

The author’s approach to the problem of the structure of subjectivity of the family as a group is presented. For the first time, the subjectivity of the family is revealed as a dynamic socio-psychological property, in the structure of which the following are distinguished: the possibility, readiness and ability of the family to be a subject. The possibility of being a subject is expressed in the family potential, which creates the prospect for the family to acquire the status of a group subject.

Individual and typological features of heads of regional medical institutions of the sanatorium and resort profile

Sanatorium complexes are a special direction related to the health care system, their heads are required to have specialized knowledge. However, there are different views on this, some experts believe that a professional manager can productively perform duties in an institution of any profile. Others believe that the head of a medical institution must have a medical education, otherwise difficulties may arise. Currently, there is a lack of research focused on the identification, assessment and consistency of personality traits with the direction of work.

Evolution of educational milieu psychological safety conceptualizing in Soviet “school film”

The authors analyze the representations of school as pictured in Soviet films of 1930–1980s seen as a source for reconstruction of the notions concerning the safety of the educational milieu – self-generated as well as imposed by elites – that were characteristic of Soviet society. The discussion seems crucial for critical approach to those social stereotypes underlying modern conceptions of the educational milieu safety that were mostly shaped within the limits of the previous historical period.

Personal characteristics of codependent parents of addictive adolescents

The article presents the results of theoretical and empirical studies of the characteristics of the main structural components of the personality of codependent mothers of drug addicts. It is shown that codependency has several components: cognitive, personal, emotional and behavioral. Features of mental states of students in conditions of self-isolation on the eve of the session

The article is devoted to the problem of mental states of students, who are in conditions of self-isolation, before the examination session. The results of an ascertaining experiment conducted among students during the period of restrictive measures in May–June 2020 are presented, the sample consisted of 55 students, age – 19–22 years. The aim of the research was to study the existence of a connection between the mental states of students and forced restrictive measures, including those related to studies, to assess the potential risk for the psychological well-being of students.
