From the subject to the agent in social and humanitarian discourses of the 21st century

Introduction. The article is focused on the problem of tuning research optics in the directions of vision and understanding a subject, society and the whole world. Since the Age of Enlightenment, the idea of subjectivity has been the foundation for such optics. In the 21st century the place of the subject is claimed by multiple agents that do not have a human nature. Theoretical analysis. In addition to nature as such and the organisms inhabiting it, the role of agents today is being played by instruments and technologies, including digital technologies.

Social Axiological Rhizome: the Zone of Risk Escalation

This article analyzes the axiological situation of the modern society. The author believes that the axiological foundation of the modern society has lost features of the system, but continues to be a holistic formation, homogeneous in nature, which is evolving non-linearly in different directions without having a single centre and multiple in nature. The most appropriate name for such formation is taken from postmodern philosophy, i.e rhizome. Besides, the paper also postulates that axiological rhizome determines riskogenics of the modern society.

Typological Interpretations and Contradictions of Functioning of the Institutional Man

In line with the institutionalization of institutional theory of public relations beginning to be considered as a variant of the stabilization and consolidation of the society, a guarantee of stability and steady evolution of the society. The article analyzes the different methodological approaches in the study of the conception of human that suggest a number of typological interpretations and contradictions of the institutional order of man and society.

Negative Social Communications

The article discusses the process of social communication in terms of its negative effect on human existence. The author conceptualizes the idea of negative social communication in the context of postmodernism and claims that an increased number of social interactions in postmodern society can be harmful for the nature of communication. The author believes that postmodern society should be considered as a system of social flows, unlike the previous paradigm (i.e. modernity).

The theory of a just state in the philosophical concept of the institutional person

The antagonisms in the development of modern social relations make working out the idea of creating comfortable life conditions for a person in society topical again. This circumstance suggests reconsidering the theory of a just state within the context of the philosophical conception of the institutional person with a substantial comprehension of the institutional organization of society comparing it with the variability of the tasks of modern democracy.

The phenomenon of the space-time continuum of the landscape is considered in the article. The author pays special attention to the problem of human life in a complex system and the totality of all components of natural and natural-anthropogenic landscapes. In describing the essence of the spatial-temporal continuum of the landscape, the emphasis is placed on the investigation of the dangerous transformation that occurs when anthropogenic impact of natural complexes of the indigenous landscape is taking place, which negatively affects the conditions of human activity as a social subject.
