The Subject and Methodological Principles of the Judicial Socio-Psychological Expert Examination of the Criminal Group

The advisability of the special socio-psychological knowledge which using in the investigation and judicial proceedings group crimes were shown in the article. The understanding of the subject of the judicial psychological examination of the criminal group was proposed. Also the main methodological principles underlying the forensic psychological research were highlighted there.

Attitudes Towards Money and Social Capital

The correlation between social capital and relationships to money was discussed. We suggested that social capital may perform a regulatory function in the people’s relation to material resources, which may occur at the individual level in relation to money. It was found that social capital at the individual level, demonstrates a negative effect on the following groups of monetary attitudes: «retention», «power» «inadequacy», «security».

The Link between Time Perspective, Personality Traits and Self-Injurious Behaviour of Opiate-Dependent Patients

The article covers the results of the study on time perspective, personality traits and self-injurious behaviour of drug-addicted patients. Statistically high rates of depression, irritability and reactive aggression are distinguished; time perspective is characterized by hedonistic and fatalistic fixation on the present, negativistic evaluation of the past and uncertainty of the future; there is a high rate of self-injurious acts in the sample.
